  1. Today is Remembrance day here in Canada and we remember our war veterans and heros who have fought for our freedom. May they rest in the peace of Christ.

They are all brave men who put their lives on the line for their beloved countries and our freedom.

    1. We owe our freedoms to those who fight for them: the military.

  4. I love this! My father and my uncles served during WWII and my son is an Veteran having served in Iraq. I am proud of all of them, and so very grateful they made it home safely, though one uncle, a marine, was wounded.

    1. My Dad was in the Korean War, several cousins were in WWII. I had an uncle in 'Nam, and know many Vietnam Vets. Being in ROTC, I have many former ROTC members who served after HS.
I also still have the POW/MIA bracelet from SSGT James M. Ray, from Vietnam. He is still a POW/MIA. I posted his story on Memorial Day, I believe.
