Another awesome poem ... is there no end to your talent? Andrea
Excellent poem McGuffy!!
Beautiful... soft and true! I am an eye-watcher, they do indeed tell us so much about a person, and just as you say, our emotions filter what is seen. I love your choice of image for this poem too.. perfect match.Thank you so much for taking the lead at Two Shoes Tuesday... I hope we'll have some other folks give it a try!
wow! such lovely words. the last two lines are so true.
You have the delight ful way of attaching just the right photo to your words...I get lost in them both!
This is wonderful!
Wow I love this. Wow.
This was very powerful. I don't generally enjoy poetry, it always seems "above me" somehow...but this one got through. If you are serious about wanting bookcovers made - let me know and we can work something out.
this is such a great poem... and I love the picture you chose to go with it <3
Ann,"fogged only by feelings", I like that phrase. Well said! Wonderful poem!Claudia
This is an outstanding poem, Annie!
So good. Well done!
Beautiful! I love this poem, especially the last two lines.
Is she hiding from someone else or herself? Intriguing poem!
I really like this! It is interesting how we can "feel" eyes on us even when we don't see them. I too like the "fogged only by feelings within" close. Nice write McGuffy.
Ann, I love this! The fogged caused by feelings within is a great line and I've always enjoyed fogging up windows with my breath :-)
That's quite pretty. I love the part about feelings fogging up the windows of our souls. Nicely done!
Great poem. True story, I enjoyed reading it.: )
