Holiday Food

Halloween is the beginning
of the party food season.

We do a lot more snacking than usual.

We cook for family and friends.

We want to be sure to have enough,

including the traditional pies!

We like to entertain our loved ones,

because it is all about love and peace,
and celebrating together.
Happy a happy, healthy holiday season.
Enjoy every moment together.

  3. Delightful! Starting my morning off with a whole bunch of smiles! I especially loved the kitty in the apron, since mine always assist me in the kitchen, monitoring my every move and ingredient. And yes, definitely "give peas and chance"! ;-) Just too cute, Annie, you do this so well!

  8. These are adorable. I love the cooking kitty in the apron.
You are right, the holidays always remind me of all the food my grandmother used to make. As she was from Scotland, it's traditional to cook a lot of food. Also, they didn't have much when they were first married, so she did like to make sure her family were well fed.
But it's summer in Australia during Christmas and New year, so it's even worse when you are over full. Still I have to indulge a little. Guess I'm the grandmother now, so I better get cooking. :)

  11. Very cute. I may have to make little aprons for Gracie....George would probably refuse to wear it. I had to copy and save the one that says "oh look, dinner and a show" - that was my favorite.

  14. Dinner and a Show ... they took the words right out of Diva's mouth. This is a great series McGuffy ... I laughed all the way through it. I'm glad you are doing this again.
