Beautiful! Happy Tuesday. ☺
that's really sweet. :)
Beautifully done Haiku, Annie, and the picture is perfect for it! I love how easily you incorporated both prompt words. The snow is so beautiful to look at, but also means more shoveling to do, which isn't always so joyful. I wish you some warm, sunny days too!
That is a gorgeous photo and lovely verse.
The trees are so beautifully dressed for the season. This is gorgeous! As I type this, only the birds and squirrels are active outdoors. More snow last night and I think everyone is already fed up with the snow removal! :)
that's a perfect haiku for winter! Have a lovely day!
So beautiful, photo and haiku. I love the morning joy!
That's beautiful. I especially love the second line: "joy awakens in the trees."
It's lovely to think of the trees quietly joyful under the blanket of snow.
you really have a talent for writing beautiful peaceful poetry. The photos don't hurt but the imagery is enough to make me sigh just about every time
A lovely scene!
This helped a bit to cool me down it will be over 100 today in Adelaide, South Australia.
You delightful person! :-)))
That photo is gorgeous. I can just barely see the feeder hung on it. The haiku perfect with the image. Janet
Beautiful, my friend!
It is lovely...haikus are much fun!
Beautiful photo and words.
lovely!and true!! I just saw a squirrel run out of my backyard after I shoveled the walkway today. I swear he waited for me to clear all the snow for him! LOL
Words and picture are beautiful:)
The animals get busy after taking shade from the snow ;o)
Great poem. I enjoy watching the squirrels look for fallen food after a thunderstorm. I usually see lots of different species of birds looking for food also, after we get one of those cold, windy cold fronts. I don't enjoy the cold fronts, but I enjoy seeing all of the different species of birds. : )
