American Made

A Cotton Field
Cotton production is integral to the U.S. economy.

Almost all cotton produced in the
U.S. is grown in the southern states.

American Cotton is a $25 billion industry,

growing over 40 billion pounds of cotton,

and employing over 200,000 people.

Cotton ready to be picked.

 These pictures were taken by
Bill near a Missouri truck stop.

  1. I remember seeing cotton fields when we drove to Florida from Canada in 1966.
I love cotton. An amazing renewable resource.
