The minions are ten weeks old. They have come a long way. They have grown from tiny helpless newborn kittens into very healthy and strong, smart little cats. They amaze me, but I am also proud of them. They are little miracles, full of spirit and life.
Louis, Bindi, Riley, and George at one week old.
Bindi, Riley, Louis and George at ten weeks old.
Bindi is the cheerleader. She is very sweet and eager to be
part of any activity. She is fearless and very creative.
Bindi is both a princess and a class clown.
She loves to play, cuddle, and purr.
George is reserved and sensitive. He will let others
have their way, and then decide what he wants to do.
Never demanding or pushy, George is a gentleman.
He loves to cuddle, but is always ready to play, too.
Louis is a sweet guy. He can be very silly, too.
He especially loves to have his tummy rubbed.
Louis likes to get attention in any way that he can.
He is very animated. His charms are hard to resist.
Riley loves to be the centre of attention.
He is a quick thinker and filled with mischief.
Riley puts his full effort into everything he does,
whether it is eating, playing or cuddling.
The minions are ready to go out into the world. They will be leaving us today to join other families. I have taught them all of the basics. We have given them a healthy start and a firm foundation. They are ready to become part of a "forever" home*.
This is the very hardest part of rescue: letting go. It is truly bittersweet for me, but it is time.
We wish them all of the love & care that they absolutely deserve.
I was privileged to be part of their journey and blessed for them to be a part of mine. I love them dearly.
*One of the minions is already "Home". Can you guess who?
