Harvest

Contemplative ambiance of Autumn is here;
swirling colours reflect thought and year.
Spring, a memory of what was once new;
Winter, a dream that has yet to come true.
Now, somewhere between silver and gold,
Summer sets and seasons become old.
I cling to wisdom like leaves to a tree.
Life is ever-changing; as it is meant to be.
