Sashay

The birds now sashay,
each one after another.
Nature takes its course.

  1. Sometimes i'm privileged to see the jays or cardinals or sparrows dance in our back yard.

    1. That is what started it here. The sparrows and chickadees are getting active. I have heard the robins. Soon the Crane will be back. It was 60 degrees here yesterday, and will be in the 50s for a few days. Migration seems to be beginning.

  3. I like how they keep eye contact while they dance. Very interested in each other.
    Have a nice day Annie.

  8. Today I watched a trio of sparrows fall off of the martin box they were perched on in what looked like a fight to the death. It was over in seconds and I thought- yep- spring is here...or at least the birds think so.
